Registration for OYP 2027

Registration for OYP typically opens in early November, and stays open through mid-January.

To register as a delegate, you must:

Be between the ages of 14 and 21
Be in Grade 9 or above
Have a valid address in Ontario (university students studying out of province are welcome to register using their family home address in Ontario)

When registration is open, here's what the process looks like:

Fill out the online registration form. This collects everything we need to welcome your delegate, including medical and dietary information and emergency contacts.
Pay your deposit within 2 weeks of registering - directly through the form or by e-transfer - to hold your spot. Deposits are typically in the $150 range.
Pay the remaining balance by mid-January. The full fee covers accommodations, meals, programming, and transportation for delegates travelling more than 100 km from the host city. Etransfer to: registrar@oyp.on.ca

Registration typically opens in early November and closes in mid-January each year.
