As part of that commitment, we have a fund that is meant to assist those who would otherwise not be able to attend due to financial constraints.
Applications should be received by Dec 31, 2025.
Applications received after this deadline will be considered as they are received if there are funds remaining.
Applicants will be notified no later than January 15st, 2026.
The maximum bursary is $425 per person ($275 if not staying in the OYP hotel). Please keep in mind that only requesting the funding you need will allow for more applicants to receive funding.
To be eligible, the applicant must:
Be eligible to attend OYP.
Complete the Registration Form and Bursary Application Form.
Pay the registration deposit.
Include one reference to confirm the financial need of the applicant.
