As of January 19 at 8:00 PM registration for OYP 2026 is now officially closed.
Any registrations submitted after this time will be placed on our waitlist. The bursary is no longer available.
Once you are on the waitlist, our exec will contact you if a space becomes available. At that point we will ask you to complete your registration.
Please note that waitlisted delegates may be required to arrange their own transportation to one of our bus stops along the 401.

OYP 2026 will be in Belleville at Eastminster United Church from Feb 13th - 16th, 2026
A deposit is required to hold your spot. If we don't receive this within two weeks of registration, you will be moved to the waitlist.

The cost to attend OYP is $625. We require a deposit of $200 to hold your spot.
If you are NOT staying in the OYP hotel, the fee is $475.
Deposits are non-refundable after Dec 31st, 2025.

You can pay using debit or credit cards right in the registration form, or you can send an e-transfer to registrar@OYP.on.ca. Please include the delegate's name in the e-transfer note.

Make sure to get your registration in early to ensure your spot. Registration closes January 19th at 8 pm.
What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers bus transportation (for those more than 100 km away from our host city) hotel, food, and all activities and events from Friday evening to Monday afternoon, including the Banquet on Sunday night.

You can submit the remainder of your registration fee by e-transfer to registrar@OYP.on.ca. Please include the delegate's name in the e-transfer note.
If you are staying at the OYP hotel, the balance is $425. If not, it is $275.
